Putting Togather A Trading Team

Hi

I am a fulltime trader who mainly takes swing trades, I am looking to put together a group of traders with different skill sets. The aim of this group will be to do research on the market and come up wit trades daily. Every member of the group HAS TO contribute something or they will banned. The general aim is for us to work together towards one goal.

Ideally I would like on the team:

  • A person who can make EA’s for meta trader

  • A trader good with fundamental analysis

  • A trader good with technical analysis

  • Some Traders with a few years experience

Just asking a few Q’s that others may have,I’m not trying to be mean. :slight_smile:
(Keep in mind that I do not qualify, nor want a position.)

If so, why do you need the team?

I have two out of four, and have no need for a team.

Why would a person with all the skills want to be a part of your team?

I think his aim is towards “putting together a trading team”, an elite of people will solid skills who can produce on a daily basis signals and technical analysis for a good trade.

Taking advantage of the qualitative information provided in diverse, a team like that could literally be considered a live, breathing, discretional technical indicator.

You could break each anylsOrs signals down, even them out, put them on a scale and pick that side which outweighs the others.

I like the idea myself and would love to see it come to truth.
