Hey traders!
Im thinking of incorporating fractals into my trading system, and I would like to know if they show up right when the candle is complete or a few candles later? I could wait until tomorrow and see for myself but if one of you could provide an answer now then i could start backtesting.

It takes two bars past the high/low to form the fractal. There is plenty of online explanations, so I’m not going into the details.
Many platforms like MT4 will automatically put your fractals in. If your platform will not do this there are many FREE sites offering this as a simple indicator. This will make it easier to test. Yes, two bars before and after.
Not a single indicator does it, forget it, all systems has its flaws.
