Hello, I am a client from Rakuten SEC Australia for Years.
Last week my position on Rak sec aust had been all closed.
THe account is now frozen.
I tried to contact them but at new front page is apprearing : instead of Rak sec Austr, a new ATFX page is replacing.
I cant log in no more. Does someone is in the same situation.
How to get acces back to MT4 account through ATFX?
Or do we need to cloture Accounts and withdrawal?
