Hello folks. I wanted to share some information regarding the downtime we experienced earlier this evening. One of our servers experienced connection issues throughout the morning, which caused latency and lagging issues for all users. Logging in, loading Forums webpages and posting were all affected. After the server attempted to self heal it’s self, the connection issue got worse and snowballed into even more slowdown.
We’ve since identified the issue, and released a fix, so we should be back to normal.
