TurnkeyForex and Cedarfx are two brokers that I like. They are good for beginners because of the lower costs and supportive customer service.
Forex Peace Army is a really good site for reading broker reviews, so I would suggest looking there for a good, detailed review for any broker that you consider.
Personally, I would recommend CedarFX (where I’m currently trading) as a good option if you’re looking for low costs and want to have access to a lot of instruments, high leverage, and a solid customer support system. Oanda is yet another great broker with competitive features. I’ve never traded with them but have a good friend that does.
