I have heard quite a lot about FxOpen, but it is not regulated under any major jurisdiction. When I contacted live chat, I was told that you guys are under the process of getting regulated by multiple jurisdictions … Can you tell me about what countries’ jurisdictions you might be regulated from?

I would like to tell you which regulators we are going to be under in the new year, however legally I cannot divulge which regulators we will be with at the moment.
When we legally can do so, we will naturally make a press release to reassure those who are worried about FXOpen’s regulatory status at the moment.
It better be NFA, FSA or ASIC.
