Does anyone know how to remove the grid from MT4 app on a iPhone device?

The only way possible is to make the background color and the grid lines color similar .
You can do that settings icon >charts> instead of black on white you customize.

Just change the Default Grid color to your background color.

I don’t think there is a direct way for that. You’ll have to alter the colour for both.
