Please could you help me with a review or opinion about these brokers Capital.com and Currency.com. I’ve been working with them for a while now, but I’m not sure if I should continue with it as their spreads are high although their swaps are low compared to brokers like pepperstone.com

If their spreads are high, ditch them right now as it will cost you more money in the long term than cheaper swaps. IMO, both Pepperstone and IC Markets are low cost.
