Not a good look for the US if they leave. Would be a big win for London or one of the other potential new homes.
They’ve added another reginal HQ for the Middle East and North Africa. I don’t see it as a potential home base, which they’ve said as much. English-speaking London, of course, seems the most likely candidate if a move were to ever materialize. There’s no telling if there would actually be a need to transplant several hundred US based employees from San Francisco to anywhere outside of the US. Perhaps the legal side of operating could simple be done by lawyers to reduce the impact of moving the human resources.
