hey i m beginner here taking Babypips at a time i come across Risk-On / Risk-Off Meter any one can explain how can i use it as buy or sell signal? is it possible that way? 
I doubt whether retail forex traders could realistically use it that way: the bottom line is that it really has much more to do with investing than with trading, and much more to do with stocks and bonds than with forex.
