I’ve also been looking into the economic impacts of this and somehow, I feel like the impacts are felt here in the PH and all over the world (especially with the higher energy prices). 
I am hoping it will bring some sanity into the Western World !
As I posted in another thread, there do seem to be some signs that reality could soon become Politically acceptable ;
