Server Side Script for News Trading

Dear Forex Programers

I have developed a server side script for trading at news time on VertexFx 10 platform.
I can manage following features to be selected by the user -

  1. News date and time
  2. Time before news to open pending orders
  3. Set pips away from current price, stop loss and take profit
  4. Modify, Adjust orders before news
  5. Time after news to wait for market movement
  6. Money management or fixed lot size
  7. Cancel or not both orders in case of high spread
  8. Close other pending order if one execute
  9. Allow Buy only, Sell only or both trading
  10. Select a currency pair to trade at news time

I have a doubt or you may please tell me if my question is wrong…

As I know when trader want to keep orders active they need to keep meta trader terminal logged in even if trader can’t seat in front of screen all the time… As you say it is server-side script, does it work and execute orders even if meta trader is not logged in ?
