1.Initial data:

In the lesson from this link https://www.babypips.com/learn/forex/best-days-of-the-week-to-trade, we have this information: “Fridays are usually busy until 12:00 pm EST and then the market pretty much drops dead until it closes at 5:00 pm EST.”

2. Question:

Instead of “12:00 pm EST”, should it be “12:00 AM EST” ?

12pm means midday in that time zone, 1200hrs if you use the 24hr clock.
12am would be midnight.
