This is one of the clearest, most simple and least ambiguous questions ever asked in trading forums.
For very valid and very good reasons more and more countries are now making them illegal.
Even if you could trade them profitably overall (which probably nobody can, really) there’d still be no benefit, because whatever you can achieve with binaries, you could achieve more easily and much more safely with other kinds of trading.
If by safe you mean non-scam, yes that is safe but if you mean is it less risky than trading, not a tall!
