The nexus 7 is amazing. Its cheap but doesn’t feel cheap. I have the 32 gig wifi version and its truly a work of art. The only regret is that I didn’t get the nexus 10. But I didn’t have the money at the time and couldn’t wait. It works for everything I use it for. Not any noticeable lag on anything. So far I use it mainly for checking up on trades when I’m not near my computer, watching netflix, streaming movies from my media center, and internet/games.
My main reason for choosing the nexus was cause well I’m a bit of an android fanboy and I already had the galaxy nexus and of course because of the price! the top of the line nexus (nexus 10) is only $550 and it has better screen resolution than the retina display, is 10 inches, has 32 gig and best of all its android
Yeah, and remember its just an average I’ll usually just get a small loser or two, then a nice big win and bam I’m done for the week. haha
Yeah I used to be an android fan, still am but I like iOS’s simplicity. I’m used to both and I think android is a great system but i feel iOS is more like straight forward, I mean you get the home screen and icons, where as in android you have to arrange and move everything around, it’s just my point of view, I was never pleaed with my android home screen, i know it’s not wise to pick based on that, but with iOS you get what you get, and if you jailbreak you can do more.
And as far as getting android to emulate iOS which I’ve done before is not the same, plus i feel there’s no need in getting a device and pretending you have another one. I know you can get sd cards and maybe better processors on an android but i’ve learned to pick iOS over android, and now I’m just too used to apple that I’m too lazy to go back to android, and just thinking about moving things around my home screen makes me prefer ipad over samsung.
p.d. I am however considering in getting the note 2 though, just for the screen, i had the note 1 and it was great, but ultimately i came back to iphone.
