I read some topic about testers dated few years ago.
I am thinking to buy Simple Forex Tester as integrated in MT4. It seems they have made it a quite complete tool now. Do you agree or should I go for Forex Tester 2?
Do you guys also know if there is an indicator that shows when news where issued in past time? to make manual back testing more accurate?
I have forex tester 2 and it’s pretty buggy, and doesn’t know that much only for backtesting.I’ve not heard of simple forex tester but if you say its integrated in MT4 then better go for that.
I have also looked at Forex tester. Not a bad price, around 200 bucks for it. But they also want you to buy other software that can run into the hundreds of dollars. I think I’ll go a different route, not sure which route, but maybe the road less taken. There must be another way of getting some good practice without waiting to see where the market is going, that could take years to try your methods out. Mt4 on Oanda, can go back I believe about a year. So, why not go back in time and try some different currencies out. Should get in some good practice. And surely there are older charts to study from.
is to take into account the trend that handles each of these pairs, to intervene in any such transaction which can become a good way to earn a certain number of transactions
I wonder if applying old strategies is good strategy to compete in this market
I would like to know what experiences they have had.
