SIMPLE MOVING AVERAGE Vs MOVING AVERAGE

Is there a difference between SMA and MA?
And how to set it up on Trading View, I cant seem to find it.

MA normally means Simple Moving Average. Some sources never bother to put the S in front.

But if they’re not talking about SMA they should always say so - so an Exponential Moving Average should always be called EMA, a Weighted Moving Average should always be called WMA, etc. Sometimes, if the indicator has already been identified as an EMA in the text or on the chart, some sources lazily forget to use EMA later in the same article or web-page or book…
