The week in review.
Last week was a bad week. I ended it with losses, but I also ended it with learning.
I stayed focused on my initial scenario, expecting the market to go my way. Mistake n°1.
I entered positions on levels that weren’t really levels. I saw tiny supports or resistances when I should have waited for the price to touch larger supports and resistances. Mistake n°2.
I was impatient and I wanted to get even, I wanted to make up for my losses. As a result, I made trades that had no reason to be. Mistake n°3.
And the worst part of it all was that every other time I followed my plan. Which means that every other time, I was doing things that my trading plan didn’t tell me to do. Not following your trading plan. Mistake n°4.
Faced with all this, I have my trading plan cleaned up, printed out and followed to the letter before opening any positions on the markets.
