Why the market behaves this way sometimes???

Seems to be a problem with your broker or charting platform, because the charts from my broker (IG) or charting platform (tradingview, OANDA) doesnt look like yours.
Sometimes a company doesnt receive data and a chart can look weird like this because of it.
If i wouldnt know that it is a 5m chart of USDJPY i would say it is a daily chart of a stock which is gapping all over the place
