What is the difference between Hedge trading, Multiplier trading and Grid trading?

Which would you use and recommend for a successful trading in EA ?

If you have an EA which you are convinced is profitable, go ahead and try it out in a demo account.
If you intend to develop your own EA you will fail unless you are already a consistently profitable trader.
@theolalekanenoch I wouldn’t use any of these in an EA. I even wouldn’t use them in manual trading.
Besides, these “trading concepts” are no strategies.
