Does anyone know how to work out the swap long or short-rate appear on the MT4 spe
cification
The short answer is - you can’t.
It’s passed down from the Liquidity pool (banks) to the broker and he applies it.
Most brokers should have the swap rates listed on their website.
Keep in mind that they change.
If the broker has the swap rates listed then you can calculate them…
