Hello to all. This happens more and more to me these last days on TradingView. My TP orders are not filled despite price visually reaching the order, but on my position, price remains far. Hope the pic explains more. Any explanation please ?
Most charts only show the bid price. This gives no clue as to where the ask price was at any point. But the chart can potentially be manually re-set to show ask prices - you would need to be aware what your chart is displaying at any time.
Even then, brokers’ charts are illustrative only - only the quotes are definitive.
And even then, bid price levels reached in the quote boxes are not instantaneously translated into a trace on the chart.
