Profits made through trading are not usually free, and selling signals would probably not be either.
England. When I checked online it says profits made in trading are not taxed as they are considered gambling
In the UK profits made through trading are NOT tax free.
Spread betting is, forex isn’t
Likewise, profit from signal selling is taxable
