Any reason this is a XLSB file instead of just a XLS file? You’re not trying to steal the $16 in my bank account are you?

Should be an Excel File…needs Excell 2010 or newer to run properly.

Here’s the file name with extension. Does that look right?

The file should be in XLS file to open.

Looks like XLSB files are XLS binary files that perform better with large amounts of data in them.
