Time not displayed while hovering the mouse on the candle

Hi All,
The Chart settings time format is 12-hour. But when i hover the mouse over the candle on the chart it displays only date but not time. How to display the time ?

Hi see screenshot below. I do not have a 12 hour time setting on my TradingView. I have 4 hr and 1 day.

In daily chart the mouse hovering will show date only. Other than daily chart time frame the mouse hovering shows the timestamp. Thank you once again.
