Guys, I was able to get hold of the installer. Someone was kind enough to send me the installer. Unfortunately, it requires to download the indicators/dll files from the server Tools4meta.com, which is down.
If someone has the t4mDetachedWindow indicator and .dll file, please upload them or send me a link.
