Plz suggest me topic market is regulated or not
The big banks and companies involved in the market are regulated. However, not all regulators are equally strict. The most powerful regulators tend to be in the EU, the US, Switzerland and Japan, where there are also long established stock markets. The weakest tend to be in places you would not even assume had a stock market - small islands in the Mediterranean or Caribbean, very small South American republics etc. Any firm you deal with must be able to tell you under which regulator they operate and you can double-check this with that regulator.
