Each trader must have a personal electronic wallet that belongs only to him. The use of an individual trader’s wallet by third parties is prohibited.
If you and other traders of TradeFort used the same wallet to deposit and withdraw money, you need to verify your account (if you have not done it before), register your own wallet, top-up your account with this wallet for the minimum amount of deposit, and after that all deposits and withdrawals will be made using this wallet.
Payment cards Payoneer can be used to withdraw profits only. For example, you deposited 100 USD and your profit now is 30 USD. In this case, you can withdraw to your Payoneer card the profit of $ 30 USD.

Dear traders, just to remind about our new trading opportunities - currency pairs with [B]zero spread [/B]- here are some advantages that you can get trading on [B]No Spread currency pairs[/B]:

You don’t have to consider the difference between Bid and Ask while calculating the position and convert spread to another currency. Commission is fixed for every currency pair and doesn’t depend on the currency rates. Also commission is constant and doesn’t depend on any factors. For example, spread for USDJPY may vary from 15 to 22$ depending on the currency rate of USDJPY

When you open the position in PL field your current result is zero instead of minus, so the trader feels much more secure while opening a trade. Commission size is noted in a separate field.

You don’t have to consider Ask while opening Buy and Sell position because Ask is always equal to Bid. It makes the analysis of trading for newbies easier

You also do not have to consider the difference between Ask and Bid while using experts and indicators

On your registration page (for opening a new account), it is not possible to select United States or United Kingdom as the country of residence.

This implies that you do not accept clients from the U.S. or from the U.K. Is this correct?

(I noticed that you do welcome clients from Yemen, Congo and North Korea.)

Yes, unfortunately, we do not accept USA and UK citizens due to both countries broker regulation policy.
We do welcome clients from Germany, Latvia, Japan, Malaysia, China, Russia, Ukraine, Canada and any other country the government of which do not forbid its citizens to work with brokers and dealing centers.

The little nazis at the CFTF, who think they are the World Forex Police, have reduced America to a status lower than a third-world country.

Order execution is very poor in busy markets as they wait for a dealer quote which can take longer than 5 minutes. Further, the help desk is pathetic when they are asked a question. they want screen shots for simple requests, in other words they have no knowledge.

This is a good company but they are failing regarding execution which is most important to retail traders.

Well, I did contact support and the guy wanted a screenshot… in other words he had no answer as to why a small order would take 5 minutes, I can only assume that in a fast market that Tradefort does not have the resources to take the volume. What was appalling was that the support person was unprepared to dig for an answer; further, a letter to the director has gone unanswered.

In other words… customer beware.

People have to understand that this broker accepts responsibility for nothing… blame everyone else but themselves.

They do not have the management methods in place to deal with problems and are unable to see that they have a responsibility which so far they are adept at avoiding.
