Trading Different Base currency

Hello,
What’s the formula for calculating Margin if u r trading different base currency? I’m using USD on my account and i want to trade EURUSD and EURO/JPY
.

Hey there!! For margin calculation you don’t have to convert the value to your ac base currency, you can simply use these formulas in any account with any base currency-

Used margin/ required margin- Lot size X contract size X Bid/ask price of pair ÷ Leverage

Margin level % - Equity ÷ Used margin X 100

Free margin = Equity - Used margin.
