2. Why other brokers do not offer them in this format?

Most CFD brokers including FOREX.com UK offer these indices, though we refer to them by different names: GER30 and UK100 respectively.
Unlike with currency pairs such as EUR/USD, there is no standardized naming convention for index CFDs, however, you’ll find many brokers use the names GER30 and UK100 for these two particular indices.
