In Forex, time budgeting is impossible because it’s a volatile market and no one knows what’s going to happen after a few while. I prefer traders should trade round the clock because if they do so, they can grasp any available opportunity and make a good amount of return.
yeah exactly its near to impossible to predict the next move in Forex,but the volume and event can be predicted in forex,
One thing you forget, liquidity in announcement time.
In a perfect world trading round the clock and capturing every opportunity is the best option but simply is not possible in real life, I feel a better approach may be to master one session and stick to that. After all, one session is 9 hours and you have to sleep so thats another 8 hours leaving you with only 7 hours in your day to focus on other things in your life. 1 9 hour session is a lot of screen time in itself. I feel you’ll benefit from balance and mastering 1 session imo.
