Yes, S/R lines works good on GBPJPY as on any other trading pair, you should try it yourself, probably on 15M or 30M timeframe. Choosing this timeframe means you can still trade intraday but also sort noise related to lower timeframes from true trading signals.
Personally I would avoid it during all this Brexit talk.
