Do you mean an account connected to TV will execute trades on MT4/5? Or do you mean something else?
You can check Trading Router website. You just need download a EA from their website, install the EA on your MT4/5, then the Tradingview signals will be sent to your MT4/5 and your MT4/5 will execute trades according to these signals
