Tradingview users, anybody have multiple brokers connected at the same time?

I’m wondering if I can add two fx brokers, or even a fx broker and a crypto broker, and be able to trade on both without having to log into them separate each time. Anybody doing that?

I use OANDA and Interactive Brokers who both connect to TV, but I can’t log into them at the same time. Would be nice though if you could open 2 different tabs to do that.

Dang that sucks. Would make too much sense to have that work.

From the horse’s mouth.

I'd like to transfer my subscription and saved data to another account — TradingView.

Kindly note that it is not possible to transfer a subscription and user data from one account to another.

Also, note that multiple accounts are not allowed on TradingView.

Sucks.

I just connected two brokers simultaneously, apparently without problems even opening two test operations in each of them. The trick was:

  • Open one of the sessions in tradingview desktop version.
  • Open the other in tradingview web version.
If you have two screens you can easily view each session in one of them, or split one screen into two if it is large enough. That would allow you to manage simultaneous operations in both brokers.
I have a premium account, but I think it won’t affect.

Yea, that for sure works. But I’m has hoping to have the separate accounts running in the same app. That would be awesome. But every new tab is the same main account.

Are you using the desktop app? If so, it’s easy:

Open it up before connecting to a broker:

Right click the tab and click “Duplicate Tab”:

Now I have 2 separate but identical tabs open. Then I’m able to log into OANDA on 1 tab and Interactive Brokers on the other and use them independently.

I just tested it and it’s true. I can connect two different brokers from Tradingview Desktop on different tabs. I could even use the “detach tab” function to view both simultaneously on the same or different screens.
I think I couldn’t do this before, so either they changed something, or it’s part of my new connection configuration (through a physical VPN separate from the computer).

Holy crap, you’re right! What the heck. I tried this a while back and it didn’t work. And now it does! Thanks man!
