Hmm. 
I’m not really sure what to feel about this. 
I was surprised with his “definition” or “description” of BTC so it was kinda off from there. Although the bigger picture might make sense, that it’s something the “administration” (as he called it) might want to do, I’m not sure how it would work like how he imagines it. 
Bitcoin are worth what people are willing to pay or exchange for them.
