I suggest you keep a journal of all your trades, to identify and resolve mistakes, lack of emotional control and overtrading. Do more of what works and less of what doesn’t. Expect losers, that’s the norm that every trader on the planet faces.
Consistency is focusing on process always - don’t deviate. Remember one trade is just that out of a few thousand that you’ll take, if you last long enough.
