they claimed to be regulated in turkey. they put some documents in Turkish in their site:

are they really regulated?
I could not understand them.

Isn t this a Russian Broker? There are actually more in the net because i also found a broker eith turkish name and style, but when i clicked on the management board pictures there were just Russian names…
the put some documents in russian also.
their address in site was turkey.2 documents in above link was in turkish.
any information?
