Two lessons learned today

Beginner Questions
1
  1. I don’t usually leave the computer when watching a trade - but some idiot knocked on my door and I instinctively got up to answer it, couldn’t get away for a few min utes, got back, had hit a stop and wiped out the trade !
  2. Cat walked over keyboard and ‘sold’ a position at a loss !

sooooo …
1.don’t leave the computer if you haven’t positioned the stops correctly and
2. don’t try to trade with a cat on your lap !

LOL! I can relate, I have a Boxer and a Great Dane. Here is another lesson, don’t let the dogs play in the house near your laptop. Not only will you not be able to trade on it, the laptop will be destroyed. :mad:

I did.
Accidently went 30 quid a point on GBPUSD.
Won 40 points.
But it could have been a lot worse.

Meant to be 1 pound a point with 30 stop.
But messed up cos of drink.
