From this month the Marketscope charts showing wrong charts. As you can see in the below chart of EUR/USD daily, there is TWO candles for today (18-03-14) and 14th march candle is missing. This happening in all charts.
I spoke with one of your Customer care executive, David. He told me somebody from the technical department will contact me. But no one called or mailed. Hey, No problem. No offence taken. Now I need help to solve the problem.
I apologize that my colleagues have not yet replied to your email regarding this chart issue. I just checked with our technical support team. It’s possible that it’s related to when the clocks were advanced by 1 hour in the US on March 9th for Daylight Savings Time. Our developers are currently investigating the matter. I will post updates in this thread as I receive them.
