June 23rd 2016 - We voted OUT of EU and here we are 4 years later - It looks as though - despite all the machinations and obstacles and trickery from those who tried by any means possible to thwart the will of the majority, Given a fair crack of the whip, we should be free on 31st December this year.
However to me - 23rd June wll always be Inde-pendence Day - and Oddly, I think perhaps now I understand how you from USA feel about July 4th.
Raise a glass with me now if you will - to UK Independence.
