Dear Team
Just a quick one. I’ve tried again (I think this is my 3rd attempt) to clean up my inbox - since I received a message from BP saying it was full.
I created a separate file to save certain messages.
I’ve been able to delete some messages but those I wish to keep, when I hilight them and click move to folder, nothing happen - they just stay put in the inbox; so I’m therefore unable to clean up my inbox??
Can you help please?

This may sound like a dumb question but I have to ask are the messages you are trying to move in the folder you created? If so just delete the ones in the inbox. It could be they are just copying to the folder and not moving completely to the folder.
For me it worked just fine…

No, the new folder I created is ‘empty’!! I checked there several times and just checked again (to make sure) lol…
Perhaps Admin can jump in at some point and guide me please or take a look :), thank you. No rush, whenever you busy people have a moment…

Hi Jessey, I know that this thread isn’t the ideal place to post this - apologies to admins etc if you are checking in now only to find that I’m not adding anything - but I just tried to send you the charts I promised and I’m afraid that I got a prompt telling me that your inbox is full so you can’t accept any more PMs. Sorry!! Let me know when you have space.

Have just seen this - have no idea why you couldn’t post the charts - my inbox is ‘not’ full - I just cleared it out (ie moved all my emails to a ‘keep’ folder - unless that counts as well??)…
Anyway, no matter - I just wanted to post a quickie. I got your PM (thank you :)) I’ll respond soon - still very much caught up with my new lump (puppy)!!!

As far as I’m aware, I didn’t do anything differently - it just seemed to work!!
FYI - I’ve moved a lot of (most) of my emails from inbox to a ‘keep’ folder - ST has posted above here that he couldn’t send me charts because my inbox is full - however, it’s virtually empty! Any ideas please. Again, absolutely no urgency, just whenever you have a moment, thank you

I tried to send the PM containing the two charts immediately after I sent you the two longer PMs responding to yours - perhaps you cleared your inbox after that exchange? It was lunchtime on 12th November, just before I posted in this thread.
Or perhaps the system now has a built-in waffleometer and just blocks my rambles lol.

Please can you explain what I need to do here - I am very confused!!
I’ve already deleted several messages ages ago; I moved the majority of those left to my ‘keep’ folder - is there a limit on this??
That left 4 messages in my inbox.
ST (above) tried to send me charts and couldn’t - I don’t know why??
I’ve just now typed a full reply to his PM and got the above prompt (ie. that I have too many messages ‘stored’)!! Does this mean stored in my ‘keep’ folder?? I’m afraid I don’t understand what is going on.
In any event, I deleted a couple of messages from my ‘keep’ folder and lo and behold, my lengthy reply to ST has disappeared!!! Forgive me, I’m feeling a bit tetchy 
I’m sure it’s something very simple - please advise what I am supposed to do to keep my inbox and keep box in order - as it is, I can’t see what I’m doing wrong…

Okay, problem solved, somewhat. Once you’ve reached “PM allowed” status, you’re allowed to have a total of 50 PMs stored in your account. This includes ALL PMs - sent, received to your Inbox, and stored outside of the Inbox. You’re currently at 49 PMs. You’ve probably been floating around the 50 PM mark, which is why some have come in and others don’t.
Your best bet is to clean out your Sent folder to make room for others PMing you. I hope that helps.
