[B][I]Who can trade with United World Capital and who cannot.[/I][/B]
If a US citizen has a proof of address in any other country than a US, we can accept him/her as a client.
If a person has any citizenship, but his/her only proof of address is in the US (i.e. s/he is a US resident), we cannot accept him/her as a client.
