When are the USDCAD’s lowest volume trading hours?

At the moment I have low volume hours set to after 2200GMT and 0700GMT, ie close of NYSE and open of LSE.
The best way try the attached I-session, it shows at what times the different markets are open in MT4. then look for the lowest volume.
