[B]CYPRUS BAILOUT HAS NO CONSEQUENCES FOR UWC CLIENTS[/B]

[B]On the 25th of June 2012 the Cypriot government asked the EU for emergency funding for its banks.
United World Capital wants to assure all of its clients that this request for financial assistance and its
consequences will not affect UWC.[/B]

Yesterday the Cypriot government asked the EU for emergency funding for its banks. This goes alongside
a similar request made by Spain a week ago. Furthermore, Portugal and Ireland have already made similar
requests.

United World Capital Limited keeps its investments and clients funds with major international banks outside
of Cyprus. The initiative from the government of Cyprus shall have no bearing whatsoever on deposits and
investments which our clients have with UWC.

We would like to inform our clients about the changes in our CFD trading schedule.
During the upcoming Independent Day in the US, there will be changes to our CFD trading schedule on 3rd and 4th of July.

Indexes (E-mini NASDAQ 100, Nikkei 225, E-mini S&P 500, Mini-sized Dow): close early at 20:15 (Trading terminal time)
Energy: closes at its normal time.
Agriculture: closes early at 20: 00 (Trading terminal time)
Goods: trading is closed

Shares CFD: trading is closed
Indexes (E-mini NASDAQ 100, Nikkei 225, E-mini S&P 500, Mini-sized Dow): trading is closed from 18:30 (Trading terminal time)
Energy: trading is closed from 20:15 (Trading terminal time)
Commodities: trading is closed from 20:15 (Trading terminal time)
Agriculture: trading is closed
Goods: trading is closed

[B]UWCFX SUBSIDARY OFFICE IN PRAGE WILL BE CLOSED FROM 5-9 JULY DUE TO PUBLIC HOLIDAYS IN THE CZECH REP[/B]

We would like to inform our clients that our subsidiary office in Prague will be closed from Thursday, 5 July
until Monday, 9 July due to Public Holidays in the Czech Republic.

With regards to this matter, we would kindly ask our clients to postpone any withdrawal transactions from their
Trading Accounts during this period using:

Every year since 2008 on the 8th of August the company United World Capital Ltd. celebrates its birthday!
The UWCFX Team is happy to share this important event of the company with the people who believe in us and are ready for a great future improvement.

Birthday is not just a holiday, it’s time to summarize what we have already done and unquestioningly follow the marked plan. Looking back, we are proud to remember the chronology of the principal events for the last 4 successful working years:

The United World Capital Ltd. started working hard in the field of brokerage services at exchange market from the August 2008. Our first confident steps were Registration Company, getting a certification from CySec and settling down the Main office.

2009 year was valuable of certification to go Global, opening a new branch in Singapore and taking part in the ShowFxAsia in Kuala- Lumpur.

2010 year brought Swap Free Accounts available; Affiliate program for our partners, OKpay and CONTACT e-payment methods, UWC Quick cards, participation in Trend’s exhibition in Cairo.

2011 year saved in memory the official inauguration of the Malaysian branch office, reducing the minimum deposits for all kinds of trading accounts, execution STP account, adding futures CFD, multi-level business for UWC partners, Currenex platform for guru and rolling in Singapore Forex Expo once again.

This current 2012 year is bright with a lot of innovations and updates: the new www.uwcfx.com web-site was launched in short period; the latest in the world of trading platforms MT5 and Mirror Trader were set up one by one, the 5th digits accuracy of the price quotations was added for the REALForex account users, Russian and German versions of the web-site are already available, support in Bengali, Polish and Bulgarian languages provides.

Keeping up with the times, the UWC always involved in the most significant events whatever is that a seminar in Bangladesh or exhibitions in Jordan and Egypt.

During the whole period of existence the United World Capital Ltd. tried to work for making its clients pleased with permanent bonus programs, exciting contests and attractive promotions. [B]NEW VERSION OF METATRADER 4[/B]

[B]MT4 trading terminals older than build 427 will no longer be supported.[/B]

We would like to inform our clients that from October 1, 2012 and onwards, MT4 trading terminals older than build 427 will no longer be supported. Therefore, we strongly recommend all our clients to install the latest version of MT4 trading terminal as soon as possible. [B]LITE SERVER RELOAD ON OCTOBER 23, 2012 AT 22:00[/B]

United World Capital is continuously working to improve quality of services along with security of trading systems and regularly conducts planned engineering works.

Thus please be informed that for today October 23, 2012 at 22:00 (trading server time) United World Capital has scheduled a reload of the Lite trading server, which will take approximately 15 minutes. During the reload time trading on Lite accounts will be unavailable.

The reload will not affect any already opened Margin Trades on clients’ trading accounts, but will unable to open new trades or close and modify any opened Margin Orders.

We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause and strongly recommend to take the above information into consideration in planning of your trading strategy.

[B]CHANGES IN TRADING SCHEDULE STARTING ON 28 OCTOBER 2012[/B]

We would like to inform our clients that starting on 28 October, 2012 the time on our trading servers will be changed from GMT+3 to GMT+2.

In addition, our Forex and CFD trading session schedule for next week will be modified as follow:

[B]Forex:[/B] trading session starts on Monday at 00: 00 and closes on Friday at 23: 00 (GMT+2).
[B]Commodities:[/B] trading session starts on Monday at 01: 00 and closes on Friday at 23: 00, break from 23: 00 to 00: 00 (GMT+2).
[B]CFD Shares:[/B] trading session starts at 15:30 and closes at 22: 00 (GMT+2).
[B]CFD Future Indexes (#NQ ,#NKD,#ES,#YM):[/B] trading session starts on Monday 00: 00 and closes on Friday 23:30, everyday break from 22:15 to 22:30 (GMT+2).
[B]CFD Future Agriculture:[/B] trading session starts at 01: 00 and closes at 20:15 (GMT+2).
[B]CFD Future Energy:[/B] trading session starts at 00: 00 and closes at 23:15 (GMT+2).

[B]CFD SHARES TRADING IS AFFECTED BY HURRICANE SANDY[/B]

Please note that the hurricane that is expected on the East Coast of United States today, 29 October 2012, will affect trading hours for some trading instruments.

Namely, for today, trading of US equity futures will end on 15:15 GMT +2.
This will affect the following products:

ES – E-mini S&P 500 Futures
YM – Mini-sized Dow Jones Futures
NKDZ – Nikkei 225 Index Futures
NQ – E-mini NASDAQ 100 Futures
The trading of CFDs for NYSE shares is closed today.

Currently there is no information of any effect on tomorrow’s trading session. We will inform you as soon as we will have any new information.
