VantageFX slippage?

I’ve been trading with this broker for about 3 months, recently stopped as they had a bunch of problems with their system. Causing unnecessary spikes and slow response time when trading.

I reviewed all my trades for the past month and spotted this immediately.

Notice the spike on this chart on the opening of DAX30/DE30.

Now compare it with Alpari UK Charts

And finally etoro charts which i don’t even trade on just for reference,

Summary :

So notice that VantageFX has a huge candlestick on the OPEN of DAX30, while the other brokers charts do not have any spike. I’m wondering if i should report this to ASIC.

Spikes like that are not unique to this broker. Quite often they get erroneous feeds from their banks and then the problems are corrected later and bad trades are adjusted.

The thing is it hit my pending orders but they did not correct it after. And I thought it was normal until I investigated it with other brokers charts.

That is not good. Were you able to send a complain to their customer service regarding this?

All things are difficult before they are easy.
