MiscI think speeches are the biggest wild card here… There is very little to compare them to except other speeches from the same person or group. Like members of the central bank. I don’t particularly pay much attention to what is being said unless I have time to read them for fundamental analysis. My only our use is to determine when they is likely be volatility to track the markets reaction the event. The former can apply to any of these events you listed.
