I understand… I think you meant that you connect all lower highs?
My point is how do you define a “high”?
I have yet to meet a self-taught part-time trader (except for @MattyMoney 
) that can clearly and objectively define a “high” or “low”. Details matter and this is crucial for objective and accurate analysis.
What you are calling “lower highs”, I would call lower time frame (LTF) noise as they haven’t swung enough neither in magnitude nor in duration to be classified as a “high” or “low” on the 4H chart.
In my opinion, the last apex was the high (peak) at 1.18299 and price has yet to make a low and thus there can be no lower high to form a channel on the 4H chart. Here’s an updated 4H chart, where I have the highs and lows clearly labeled as well as point out what are not highs / lows 
There are countless posts on this forum where inexperienced traders didn’t understand this and ended up with losing trades due to inaccurate analysis.
