What is broker FIXED 0 Spreads?(ECN & NDD account)

How do you think its possible to have fixed spreads during news events?
Fixed spread would go with commission. And it’s same, spread and commission, it’s like the way broker can earn money by providing service for you. But I prefer spread than commission.
I think we have been trolled. Probably someone who was banned and is trying to make mischief. My bad for not catching on earlier.
There can’t be such thing by definition, as NDD ECN with 0 Spreads.
NDD implies all the prices are taken directly from the market, with no intervention from the broker to adjust prices or execution.
Have you ever seen 0 spreads on real market?
