Why would you want one in a specific continent (but not in a specific country)?
I’m not sure, but the best one to avoid will probably be whichever one another brand new member suddenly promotes with his first post here, won‘t it? That’s what they do, in forums, if they really can’t get customers any other way, so it’s a great big, ugly, red flag, you know?

Makes some sense to want to use one in the country you trade. I’m assuming that’s the case here.
As Sarah Palin learned a few years ago, to her embarrassment, Africa isn’t a country, so I guessed a different motivation.
We’re all making assumptions
