What's a Reliable FX Broker for US Clients trying to get around the CFTC

For various brokers as there’s simply not enough leverage on regulated brokers, but all the brokers that are on the list have sketchy reviews, and one specifically that claimed to be trusted was Coinexx as a “Trusted Broker” I’ve seen recent reviews of people saying it’s a scam but I mean I tested a withdrawal and I have gotten my funds back before. Another broker that seems to be going out of business is FXSway.

What would be the best broker for a US Client looking to get leverage outside of the CFTC that wouldn’t sabotage your funds?

Is coinexx good? Let’s say you were to do a withdrawal would it ever be a chance that they don’t give you back your funds?
